· We also collect general information regarding your wellbeing and health history as part of our 1:1 client intake and session notes for individual sessions. 

· We may collect information via social media platforms, including comments, photos, sessions feedback and service reviews.

· We collect IP addresses, device ID, cookies and tracking pixels and may use software tools to measure website activity.

· We do not collect data for people under the age of 18.

· We collect the above information in order to provide you with service booking and inquires.

· To provide our clients with ongoing customer service and assistance.

· To insure continuity for a series of sessions.

· To follow up with you following your sessions.

· We use your information to process bookings, payments and access to online information.

· To contact you regarding your booking, updates appointment reminders and offers.

· To comply with legal obligations and regulations regarding delivery of our holistic services.

If you make a request we may request proof of identification to verify your request.

Our website services are hosted by ‘Go Daddy’. ‘Go Daddy’ uses optional and mandatory (essential) cookies and other online identifiers ("Identifiers") as part of their services and by using of the Gentle Light Path website you agree to accept the 'Go Daddy'  Global Privacy notice. ‘The Gentle Light Path’ will retain your information for only as long as is necessary or until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe or request to withdraw or delete information).

By using The Gentle Light Path email and form services you agree to the Microsoft Privacy Policy. Information provided to us via Microsoft products are processed and primarily stored in the EU and US but may be subject to storage in other jurisdictions where Microsoft operates facilities.
